Shipments and Pick Up

We offer various delivery as well as the opportunity to pick up in person at our Oakville location.
Please allow 24 hours for order processing before it ships or is available for pick up.

For our Contactless Curbside Pick-up, please arrive to the NonAlcBev pick-up location at your chosen pick-up time.  If you are unable to make this pick-up time, please call the 1 877 number on your order confirmation email.  We will be happy to schedule you a new time.


Shipments occur Monday to Friday depending upon the service you may choose.

‘Leave with Signature’ Instructions

Our couriers require a signature when they deliver a parcel. If you ask for a parcel to be left without a signature (for instance, in your shed or outside your front door), you agree to accept liability for any loss should the parcel(s) go missing after it is left.

Please be aware you can not change the delivery address after a shipment is scheduled without
incurring an additional deliver charge.

Breakage of Items

We strive to ensure that your beverages arrive in proper shape. However, breakage may occur at no risk nor fault of our own. To ensure that you have the best experience possible with our products, we will provide you with a credit towards your next purchase for any cans or bottles that arrive broken.

Simply submit your request and it will be scheduled without incurring an additional delivery charge.
