Deliveries

We offer various delivery options plus the option to collect in-person from Brampton location (M-Th 9AM-noon 12:30pm-4PM and Friday 9AM-noon).  Delivery prices are based on location and are available through our checkout process.

Warehouse Pick-Up

Warehouse Pick-Up is available for orders placed through the website. You may pick-up your order from us directly at our Brampton warehouse between M-Th 9AM-noon 12:30pm-4PM and Friday 9AM-noon.  On the checkout page, you will be given a choice of delivery or collection. If you choose collection, you will be emailed when your order is ready for collection. Processing time for pick-up orders is 1-2 business days.

Deliveries to other destinations

At this time we limit our delivery area to Canada only. We are researching international delivery but are unable to serve customers outside of Canada at this time.

How we ship

Packages are shipped via a courier. Larger orders may be delivered by pallet.  We send shipping notices by email. If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive a shipping notice after your goods have been collected from us by the courier or haulier.  If you have any questions about how your order will be delivered please contact us.

Minimum orders

Beer is sold in cases of 20 or 24 (each product is clearly marked with quantity and bottle size).
Beers are sold only in cases. If you want a mixture of beers, we recommend you choose our mixed pack.

Shipping times

Please note we only ship orders Monday to Friday. Your will receive an email telling you when your order has been shipped. Orders will normally delivered based on the shipping standards identified above.

Please do not order unless there will be someone available to sign for the delivery or you opt for your order to be left in a safe place. High-value orders will not be left without a signature.

If you have not received your goods within 48 hours of receiving a shipping notice please contact us.

Courier deliveries

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday as standard. Delivery hours will normally be any time between 8am to 4pm. During busy periods such as Christmas, drivers may deliver outside of these hours.

Please do not book a delivery unless somebody will be in to accept it during the hours stated above or you have opted to have the goods left somewhere safe.

‘Leave safe’ instructions for Local Delivery

Our couriers require a signature when they deliver a parcel. If you ask for a parcel to be left without a signature (for instance, in your shed or outside your front door), you agree to accept liability for any loss should the parcel(s) go missing after it is left.

Please be aware you can not change the delivery address (ie from home to work) after a delivery job is booked without incurring a new delivery charge.

Delayed delivery

At peak times or during adverse weather delivery may take a little longer. If your goods have not arrived within 48 hours of receiving a shipping notice, please let us know.  We will do what we can to have your items shipped to you in a timely fashion.   However, due to our use of third parties for warehousing and shipping, we cannot be held responsible for delayed shipments.

Pre-order option

When goods are temporarily out of stock you may place a pre-order to secure shipping of the product as soon as possible after it arrives in stock.  Please note – when you place a pre-order, all the goods ordered will be shipped together once the out-of-stock item is available. Items which are in stock at the time the order is placed will not be shipped separately.  Payment for your order will normally be taken at the time the order is placed.

Breakages

Our priority is to get your products delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. However, there is no way to be 100% sure that a package will survive the journey intact. We will replace or refund, whichever is the most practical, the cost of any items that arrive broken at a $/bottle rate equal to the average $/bottle cost of the purchase (less shipping costs).  Please contact info@premiumnearbeer.com for further details.

Money back guarantee

If you aren’t happy with our products, you may return any unused and unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery, and we will return your money for these bottles. Bottles must be in re-saleable condition. Delivery charges are not refundable.  If you wish to return any items to us, please contact us first to arrange the return.  We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (eg. you received an incorrect item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
